🚀Product Description
The MCS Electromagnetic Clutch is engineered for high performance and precise operation. This model, with its shaft-mounted design, utilizes the rapid start and stop capabilities of an electromagnetic field. The MCS clutch provides stable torque output and ensures operational accuracy. Furthermore, its simple structure design facilitates easy installation and low maintenance, offering users a reliable and durable solution.
🚀Product Specifications
Clutch Magnet: This component typically includes a bearing mount and integrates a fully encapsulated excitation coil. It is equipped with an anti-rotation tab to secure the body and prevent rotation with the shaft.
Clutch Rotor: This rotor is secured to the drive shaft with a key (key type), ensuring synchronous rotation with the shaft and acting as a primary component for torque transmission.
Armature Plate: When the coil is energized, the strong magnetic force generated attracts the armature plate towards the clutch rotor. This engagement allows torque to be effectively transmitted to the shaft-connected rotor from the armature plate (or its connected input).
Coil: When DC power is applied, the coil generates a magnetic field, which is the driving force for clutch actuation (engaging the armature plate).
Friction Material: Carefully selected friction material (brake pads, brake linings, friction pads, brake blocks) is applied to the contact surfaces of the rotor and armature plate, ensuring reliable torque transmission and significantly extending the clutch’s service life.
Uniform Pressure Spring: This spring is used to push the armature plate away from the load (rotor) when the coil is de-energized, ensuring complete clutch disengagement. Its design helps achieve backlash-free torque transmission (through the armature assembly) and allows for vertical clutch mounting.
Sealed Bearing: Used to support rotating components within the clutch (such as the rotor or yoke), its sealed design prevents contaminant ingress and maintains internal lubrication, ensuring smooth operation and extending bearing life.
