Description

The NAB series pneumatic brakes (air brakes) deliver superior braking performance, easy maintenance, and efficient heat dissipation, ensuring long-term stable operation for various industrial machinery. With a high torque range (50~630N·m), they are suitable for diverse equipment, and the adjustable air pressure range of 0.4~7 kgf/cm² ensures operational flexibility and adaptability to different braking needs. Furthermore, the pneumatic actuation design provides NAB brakes with high safety and explosion-proof characteristics, featuring no electrical sparks, making them ideal for high-risk environments.

Widely used in tire forming (rubber) machines, CNC machine tools, woodworking machinery, various conveyors, printing machinery, packaging machinery, amusement equipment, food processing machinery, material handling machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, and wire machinery, demonstrating exceptional versatility and durability.

Product Features

  • Easy Installation: NAB adopts a shaft-mounted design, unaffected by air inlet position, allowing for flexible and quick installation.
  • Efficient Heat Dissipation for High-Frequency Braking: Optimized heat dissipation fin design effectively enhances heat transfer capability, suitable for high-frequency operation, high load, and continuous sliding applications.
  • High Safety, Spark-Free & Explosion-Proof Design: Pneumatic brake design eliminates electrical sparks and provides explosion-proof characteristics, ideal for high-risk operating environments.
  • Precise Braking Force Control for Diverse Applications: Suitable for spot braking (positioning brake/braking) and tension control (linear and smooth torque variation).
  • Easy Maintenance and Replacement: Features a split brake pad design with double cutouts, allowing for direct removal and replacement of brake pads through holes on the brake disc, without removing the entire brake assembly, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime. Notably, NAB T series includes a bushing (shaft bushing) for even easier removal.
