NEF Hollow Rotary Chuck (Thru Bore Mechanical Chuck)

NIIKA’s Hollow Rotary Chuck (also known as Quick Chuck or Mechanical Tube Chuck) is a high-efficiency clamping tool designed for handling materials of different roll diameters. Featuring a bi-directional design that supports both forward and reverse rotation, it offers users high operational flexibility. Whether for winding or unwinding, the mechanical chuck easily adapts to air shafts (air mandrels) or cores of various diameters, enabling quick material handling for different roll sizes with simple and rapid changeovers.

Available in two types: Flange (F) type and Flangeless type, each offered in 3″ and 6″ sizes. The Flange type is suitable for applications requiring additional support or fixed mounting, while the Flangeless type is more suitable for space-limited or quick-installation scenarios. This versatile design ensures that the mechanical tube chuck meets the needs of various industrial environments, making it a favored clamping solution in the market.
